中新网北京5月20日电 (王昕 张素)17日至19日，2024第九届中国(北京)军事智能技术装备博览会在北京国家会议中心举行。大会期间，专家学者围绕低空安防等智能技术装备发展进行研讨，并就打造“智慧城市低空感知网”等建言献策。
本届展会由中国指挥与控制学会主办，以“未来C2：面对复杂环境的新挑战”为主题。会上，围绕“陆上无人系统认知导航技术”“智能无人系统技术及发展趋势”“科学研究第五范式赋能指挥控制应用的思考”等内容，中国工程院院士戴浩等学者作主旨报告。
专家认为，随着低空经济发展热潮到来，需要进一步加强无人机监管和风险防范，比如，构建以TDOA(时差定位)频谱感知为基础、多种无人机管控技术融合的“低空感知网”。
“相较于传统飞行器，无人机具有‘低慢小’(低空、慢速、小目标)的特点，在城市复杂环境下的管控难度很大。”来自上海特金的研发团队代表说，为此，需对“空中视角”的低空感知能力进行升级，让无人飞行器真正“管得住”“飞得好”。
据介绍，实践中，城市级低空智能感知平台已在杭州等地初步落地应用。该平台运用云计算、大数据、地理信息系统技术、远程控制技术、网络安全技术、物联网等新一代信息技术，有助于发挥无人机的低空视角优势，进一步夯实城市管理基础。
本届大会期间还举行了“智能指挥与控制论坛”“智能筹划技术论坛”“平行智能指挥控制与管理论坛”等专题论坛。
主办方介绍，展览面积达到3.5万平方米，共展出546家单位的2600多项展品，参展单位中民营企业占比达85%。其中，上海特金团队带来的TDOA+AOA融合定位设备集无人机识别、测向等功能于一体，通过灵活组网，可以助力建设城市地空一体化立体安防新型基础设施。
此外，安防无人机、巡检无人装备及光电、雷达等相关成果受到广泛关注。业内人士表示，下一步要继续沉淀网格化无线电感知底层技术，增强国产自主研发及创新能力，筑牢“低空感知网”，为低空经济发展保驾护航。(完)
